Legal Fees Top $10M In Catholic Sex Abuse Case

Law360, New York (July 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Attorneys' fees have topped $10 million and are still mounting as attorneys and professionals who worked on the scandal-saddled Catholic Diocese of Spokane submit their requests for fees.

The lion's share of the fees—$3.7 million—will go to Paine Hamblen LLP if the eastern Washington district court approves the firm's Friday application.
