EU Seeks Deeper Study Of Faulty Breast Implants

Law360, New York (February 2, 2012, 8:06 PM EST) -- The European Commission on Thursday asked for further review of the potential health risks of faulty breast implants, responding to the publication of a scientific committee's study on the safety of silicone products manufactured by the now-defunct French company Poly Implant Prothese.
