Minn. GOP Sets Out New Right-To-Work Bill

Law360, New York (February 2, 2012, 3:47 PM EST) -- Republican legislators in Minnesota proposed a constitutional amendment Thursday that would allow workers the right to choose whether they join a union, just a day after Indiana became the first state in a decade to approve the controversial measure.
