Accused Ponzi Schemer Says Gov't Fraud Claims Too Late

Law360, New York (February 2, 2012, 6:26 PM EST) -- An investment manager accused by the government of running a $100 million Ponzi scheme asked a Utah federal judge on Wednesday to throw out 12 counts of fraud and money laundering because the alleged charges occurred too long before he was properly indicted.
