Court Sets Dec. 1 Trial Date in NaPro vs Mylan Patent Suit

Law360 (November 12, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Federal District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania has set December 1, 2003 as the trial date for NaPro's patent infringement lawsuit against Mylan Laboratories, the drugmaker said.

In October 2003, the court declared that Mylan Laboratories infringes certain of NaPro's patents related to stabilized formulations of paclitaxel and methods for making such stable formulations, according to NaPro.
