EU High Court Orders Chinese Shoe Duties Reduction

Law360, New York (February 2, 2012, 6:18 PM EST) -- The European Union's highest court on Thursday determined that a regulator was wrong to refuse consideration of a group of Chinese footwear companies' bid for modification of its earlier anti-dumping order, a decision that could result in a big refund for the exporters.
