Computer Sciences Backdating Case Tossed—Again

Law360, New York (July 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A court dismissed a derivative shareholder suit against Computer Sciences Corp.'s diretors over alleged options backdating on Wednesday for the second time, saying that the plaintiffs had failed to show that it would be futile to ask the company's board of directors to file a suit.
