EEOC Says Cos. Must Retain Records To Comply With GINA

Law360, New York (February 3, 2012, 3:23 PM EST) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Friday determined that employers must hold onto worker records in the event they are called upon to demonstrate compliance with the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act.
