Judge Misread Patent Claims, Sanofi Tells Fed. Circ.

Law360, Washington (February 10, 2012, 4:47 PM EST) -- Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH told the Federal Circuit on Friday that a California federal court mucked up its patent claim language when it let Genentech Inc. off the hook for Sanofi's infringement allegations over patents pertaining to cancer drugs Rituxan and Avastin.
