Lawmakers Decry Chinese State-Owned Cos. In US

Law360, Washington (February 15, 2012, 7:23 PM EST) -- Chinese state-owned enterprises pose a grave threat to the U.S. economy and national security, and require immediate, aggressive action on the trade front to curb their potential for anti-competitive harm, members of the U.S. House of Representatives told a congressional commission Wednesday.
