DOJ, McDermott Call Quits On Hospital Merger FOIA Suit

Law360, New York (February 3, 2012, 9:26 PM EST) -- McDermott Will & Emery LLP and the U.S. Department of Justice agreed Friday to dismiss a Freedom of Information Act suit in Washington federal court seeking to force the agency to turn over records in connection with an antitrust investigation of a proposed merger between two Illinois hospital systems.
