US Hits Steelmaker With CAA, Hazardous Waste Suit

Law360, New York (February 7, 2012, 6:36 PM EST) -- The U.S. government sued RG Steel Wheeling LLC in West Virginia federal court on Monday, alleging the steel manufacturer released high concentrations of particulates into the air and mishandled hazardous waste dozens of times over a four-year period.
