US Settles Enviro Suit Over Wyo. Oil, Gas Drilling Plan

Law360, New York (February 8, 2012, 8:35 PM EST) -- The federal Bureau of Land Management on Tuesday agreed to revisit its analysis of an oil development plan as part of a settlement with environmental groups that alleged the approved drilling would pollute the air and disrupt sage grouse breeding grounds.
