Saab North America Eyes Ch. 11 In Michigan

Law360, New York (February 8, 2012, 2:50 PM EST) -- Saab Cars North America Inc. wants to pursue Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Michigan, fighting an involuntary petition that 41 of its dealers filed in Delaware late last month, the company said Monday.
