Customs Wrong To Withhold Tax Refunds, Ford Tells Fed. Circ.

Law360, Washington (February 8, 2012, 3:15 PM EST) -- Ford Motor Co. sought to convince the Federal Circuit on Wednesday that it had submitted all the necessary documentation to U.S. Customs and Border Patrol to obtain refunds of certain taxes it paid, warranting reversal of the U.S. Court of International Trade's decision to the contrary.
