Watchdog Finds No Bias In Keystone Enviro Review

Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 8:19 PM EST) -- A government watchdog found Thursday that the State Department had not been improperly influenced by TransCanada when selecting a third-party contractor to review the environmental impacts of the energy company's proposed Keystone XL pipeline.
