Honeywell, Furuno Wind Down Navigation Patent Cases

Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 8:36 PM EST) -- An Oregon federal judge on Thursday dismissed a patent case Furuno Electric Co. Ltd. brought against Honeywell International Inc. over navigation technology, after Furuno and Honeywell reached a settlement that covered cases in both district court and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
