Legal Industry Needs Guidance On Online Etiquette: IBA

Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 9:59 PM EST) -- Most members of international law societies say that there needs to be firmer guidelines over the use of online social networking sites in the legal industry and that jurors’ access to online communications should be limited, according to a report released Thursday by the International Bar Association.
