Suzuki Recalls Motorcycles Over Brake Light Flaw

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 6:17 PM EST) -- American Suzuki Motor Corp. is recalling about 1,400 motorcycles, after learning that brake lights on the vehicles could potentially fail, raising the chances of rear-end collisions, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Friday.

According to a Feb. 2. report the company filed with the NHTSA, Suzuki learned of the problem after a report was made in Japan in September.
