Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 6:04 PM EST) -- The victim of a botched knee surgery appealed the dismissal of her negligence suit against Genzyme Corp. on Monday, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to consider whether medical manufacturers should be held accountable for the way doctors use — or misuse — manufacturers' products.
