Uponor Insurer Seeks To Avoid $63M Mold Death Coverage

Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 1:28 PM EST) -- First Specialty Insurance Corp. asked a Minnesota federal judge on Friday to prevent it from having to cover Uponor Inc. in a $63 million wrongful death lawsuit alleging the plumbing product manufacturer provided faulty valves to a new house, causing a mold infestation that resulted in a lung cancer death.
