Exxon Misread Alaska Pipeline Regulations: Court

Law360, New York (July 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court on Friday knocked down Exxon Mobil Corp.'s bid to overturn federal rules that govern access to a yet to be built multibillion-dollar pipeline that would transport natural gas between Alaska and the lower 48 states, telling the oil giant that it could not restrict access from other companies.
