Nigeria Delays Suit Over Pfizer Clinical Trials

Law360, New York (July 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Nigerian court has delayed further proceedings in a case brought by the northern state of Kano against Pfizer Inc. that alleges the drug giant carried out illegal clinical trials that killed or disabled children, giving the government more time to study documents filed by Pfizer in the case.
