DOL To Stay Strong With Proposed $12B Budget

Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 7:24 PM EST) -- The proposed 2013 budget for the U.S. Department of Labor unveiled Monday seeks $12 billion in discretionary budget authority — less than it sought in 2012 — but still aims to beef up efforts to enforce the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
