Dental Device Maker Halts Operations Amid FDA Warnings

Law360, Washington (February 13, 2012, 7:38 PM EST) -- A New Jersey-based dental device maker has shut down its operations after receiving numerous U.S. Food and Drug Administration warnings that its facilities weren't up to par and its products were unapproved, the agency announced Monday.

Accurate Set Inc. manufactured and distributed restorative dental products, but their products haven't been approved by the FDA and their manufacturing and business procedures didn't adhere to agency standards, the FDA alleged.
