Trucking Trade Group Challenges 70-Hour Workweek Rule

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 4:53 PM EST) -- Trucking industry trade group American Trucking Associations Inc. lodged a legal challenge in a Washington appeals court Tuesday to a federal rule that would limit truckers' workweeks to 70 hours, and said operating speed is a far greater concern than driver fatigue.
