Oneok Loses Bid To Toss Natural Gas MDL

Law360, New York (July 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court judge has rebuffed Oneok Inc.'s motion to toss the claims against it in the expansive multidistrict litigation accusing a number of energy companies of raising and fixing prices for wholesale natural gas.
