Tobacco Cos. Can't Challenge Advisory Panel Picks: FDA

Law360, Washington (February 14, 2012, 6:28 PM EST) -- Lorillard Inc. and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. have no right to judicial review of their action seeking to force the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to remove allegedly biased members from a committee that advises it on tobacco science, the agency told a Washington federal judge Tuesday.
