NLRB Ruling Opens Door To More Off-Site Union Elections

Law360, New York (March 8, 2012, 6:21 PM EST) -- A recent National Labor Relations Board decision opened the door for organized labor to counter management efforts to convince workers not to unionize by having more elections held away from employers' premises, and represents one more step by the NLRB to minimize employers' influence in the union election process, management-side lawyers say.
