Judge Stays Pa. Hospital Antitrust Suit Amid Bias Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (February 14, 2012, 8:02 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday denied accusations that he has been biased in his handling of West Penn Allegheny Health System Inc.'s antitrust lawsuit against rival hospital network UPMC and stayed the action pending Third Circuit review of the case.
