Rader Fishman Hit With Malpractice Suit Over IP Fight

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 8:43 PM EST) -- Intellectual property law firm Rader Fishman & Grauer PLLC committed malpractice by failing to advise importer KBK Inc. it could be on the hook for legal bills in a customer’s patent infringement defense, according to a suit removed to federal court Friday.
