Judge Denies TRO Against Cement Co. In Failed Venture Fight

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 11:13 PM EST) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Tuesday shot down FMT Aggregate LLC’s bid for a temporary restraining order against a cement company that it accused of using certain information from their joint venture agreement to secure a competing deal with another construction aggregate company.
