Probe Into FDA Monitoring Of Whistleblower Emails Expands

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 7:22 PM EST) -- The U.S. Office of Special Counsel said Wednesday it is broadening its investigation into the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's treatment of employees who alerted the Obama administration to perceived FDA misdeeds and then had their private emails allegedly monitored by the agency.
