Cooley Adds Senior FTC Attorney To Antitrust Practice

Law360, New York (July 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Cooley Godward Kronish LLP has acquired an assistant director at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission to boost its antitrust and trade regulation group in the firm's Washington, D.C. Office.

Michael H. Knight, who is currently the FTC's assistant director of the Mergers II Division of the Bureau of Competition, will join the firm at the beginning of September.

“I have had a tremendous run at the FTC. I really enjoyed it, but I am ready for the next stage in my career,” Knight said.
