Calif. Men Cop To Iran Computer Export Plot

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 7:58 PM EST) -- A pair of California men and their Costa Mesa, Calif.-based company Online Micro LLC on Thursday copped to their role in a conspiracy to export computers from the U.S. to Iran through the United Arab Emirates.

Massoud Habibion, 49, co-owner of a Costa Mesa computer company called Online Micro LLC, pled guilty to conspiracy to illegally export computers from the U.S. to Iran. Habibion’s partner, Mohsen Motamedian, 44, pled guilty to obstruction of justice, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
