Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 3:45 PM EST) -- In the wake of a critical shortage of a drug that treats leukemia in children, the top members of the Senate's health committee wrote to Ben Venue Laboratories Inc. on Thursday, demanding to know exactly why the company stopped making the drug last November.
