FERC Floats Rule To Boost Gas, Utilities Data Sharing

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 6:07 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday proposed a rule requiring natural gas pipeline operators to share more information with electric grids as part of an effort to limit miscommunications for participants in the wholesale energy market.
