EEOC Sues Over Revoked Job Offer For Pregnant Atty

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 5:05 PM EST) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accused educational services company James E. Brown & Associates PLLC on Thursday of going back on its offer to hire a woman for an associate attorney position after learning she was pregnant.
