FTC To Weigh Public Concerns In Finalizing COPPA Rule

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 8:31 PM EST) -- A Federal Trade Commission attorney on Thursday provided justification for the agency’s strategy toward developing the most controversial proposed changes to its online privacy rule, but pledged that the agency would carefully consider public input before issuing a final rule.
