House Republicans Request Floor Vote on Patent Fees

Law360, New York (November 13, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- Congressional Republicans sent a letter Wednesday to their leaders, urging them to allow a floor vote this year on legislation that would raise the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's user fees and prevent a diversion of USPTO revenues to unrelated programs, the National Journal's Congress Daily reported on Thursday.
