Shell Scores BSEE Approval For Oil Spill Plan In Arctic

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 7:49 PM EST) -- The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement on Friday approved Shell Gulf of Mexico Inc.'s oil spill response plan for offshore drilling in the Arctic, saying the company met strict requirements instituted in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon spill.
