Modernization May Have To Wait

Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 12:52 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama signed the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) into law on Jan. 4, 2011. The FSMA imposes several extensive new records requirements on food manufacturers, and the effective date for some of the more significant new requirements — July 4, 2012 — is approaching.
