Environmentalists Slam USDA For Tax-Funded Coal

Law360, New York (July 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A trio of conservation groups has sued the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture and two heads of the Rural Utilities Services wing of the department over federal funding for what it calls an environmentally irresponsible and unnecessary coal plant.
