US Chamber, Others Seek Clarity On FCPA Enforcement

Law360, New York (February 21, 2012, 5:51 PM EST) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and 33 other business organizations on Tuesday sent a letter to the federal government seeking explanations of various provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, saying a lack of clarity is bad for business.
