Court Reverses Award Of Attorney Fees To Coal Cos.

Law360 (August 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has ruled that Williams Mountain Coal Co. and Augusta Processing Inc. are not entitled to attorneys’ fees in a failed suit brought on behalf of six retired miners, finding that the plaintiffs did not initiate the suit in bad faith.
