Kraft Suffers Blow In Rolled Food Patent Feud

Law360, New York (August 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a setback for Kraft Foods Global Inc., the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has reaffirmed an earlier ruling that a district court correctly refused to allow Kraft to reassert a counterclaim against rival General Mills Inc. in a long-running patent dispute over rolled food products.
