Ex-House Energy And Commerce Counsel Back At Steptoe

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 5:57 PM EST) -- Capitol Hill veteran Jim Barnette has returned to the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP following his second tenure as general counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce, the firm announced Thursday.

Barnette, who joins the firm as a partner, will focus his practice on energy, telecommunications, health care and environmental law.
