6th Circ. Scraps SuperValu Race Bias Case

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 6:44 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday affirmed the dismissal of a discrimination suit against grocery store chain SuperValu Holdings Inc., saying a lower court was correct in considering only the racially charged incidents that members of a group of black employees had directly experienced or knew about.
