Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 9:33 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit said Friday a judge's oral explanation of a plea deal in court can override a written version of the agreement, overturning former GoInternet.net Inc. CEO Neal Saferstein's 23-year fraud sentence even after prosecutors said he signed away his right to appeal.
