GOP Lawmakers Lash Out At Employer Contraception Rule

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 8:31 PM EST) -- Republican lawmakers at a congressional hearing on Tuesday attacked the Obama administration's requirement that employers include contraceptive and other services in their health insurance plans, saying it would decimate the religious freedoms of those employers morally opposed to such benefits.
